God’s World: Exposed

If you have an interest in photography, the Sunny 16 Camera Club’s newest photography exhibit “God’s World: Exposed” is up now through February 11 at the Presbyterian Church Gallery in Bowling Green. The Church, located on the corner of 10th and State Streets is open from 9am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday for viewing and on Sunday during service hours.
Club members: Keith Bridgman, Larry Burnham, Bill Harrigan, Tommy Hatcher, Alison Houk, Douglas Humphrey, Hack McCauley, Donn Miertl, Valerie Powell, Alan Reeves, Lynn Reeves, Sheila Reeves, Tony Wycihowski and Janet Young are exhibiting a total of 50 images.
An artist reception will take place on Tuesday, February 8 from 5-7pm with a monthly club meeting to follow from 7-9pm at the Gallery. This is your chance to meet fellow photography enthusiasts and learn through the Sunny 16 Camera Club.
The club meets the second Tuesday of every month at the Presbyterian Church Gallery from 7-9pm. Meetings consist of learning sessions on topics such as Studio/Location Lighting, Wedding/Portrait Photography, Night Photography along with General Topics/Technical Aspects. There is also time for Focus Groups (i.e. Canon, Nikon, Point/Shoot) and monthly Club Photo Contests/Critique.
A fourth Tuesday night group meets at an alternate location for more hands-on time learning editing techniques with various software packages and also exploring technical aspects of their equipment.
